About the Founder
Vuk Talijan

Before establishing Odin Mimir, Vuk spent most of his career in investment banking. During that time, he engaged on a variety of financial advisory assignments, including sell-sides, buy-sides, and private placements. These transactions comprised a total value of approximately $12B.
Vuk’s experience spans a range of sectors across industrial technologies and solutions, business services (e.g., commercial and residential services, professional staffing and consulting services), and healthcare (e.g., medical technology and services).
In addition to his banking experience, Vuk followed his passion for lifelong learning and academic challenge by obtaining an MBA and a Ph.D. in Finance & Business Economics. His academic research focused on shareholder litigation, capital structure decisions, and price pressures in daily stock returns.
